Our ability to deliver exceptional recruitment services that meet the unique needs of our clients has contributed to the remarkable year-on-year increase in our revenues, which has exceeded 500%. We have expanded our board of directors by adding  Andrew Joseph, an accomplished expert in engineering and manufacturing recruitment with over 13 years of experience. We are pleased to share this news, and Andrew will join our existing directors, Tracie Norton, Andrew Pilling, and James Soden, who together have over 60 years of combined recruitment expertise. This strengthened leadership team will enable us to continue to provide exceptional services and drive our business forward.

As we enter our third year in business, we are excited to unveil our fresh look, which includes revamping our logo, rebranding our company, and launching our new website. Marketing students from Huddersfield University aided us in our brand refinement by conducting market research and providing valuable insights to help us better position ourselves in the market.

We are proud to sponsor Manufactured Yorkshire to further enhance our profile. The event will take place on June 9 and 10 at the John Smith’s Stadium in Huddersfield. As the only recruiter exhibiting at the event, we will lead a seminar on skill shortages in the region and throughout the UK. This event presents an excellent opportunity for us to network with industry leaders and showcase our commitment to the sector.

We recognise the critical need for apprenticeships in addressing the challenges of an ageing workforce. However, the fact that apprentices will require three to four years of training presents a pressing concern. Therefore, we are committed to working with schools and engineering firms to promote the excellent career opportunities offered by the engineering industry.
