What inspired you to start E3R?

I wanted to make a real difference to people’s lives. I saw an opportunity to create a recruitment business that genuinely puts candidates and clients first, where the focus isn’t just on filling a role, but on building long-term relationships and helping people achieve their goals. Making a positive impact is what inspired me.

What has been the biggest milestone in E3R’s journey so far?

There have been a few key moments, but opening our new office, actually owning it and it being ours really stands out. It’s was more than just an office space – it symbolised the growth of the business. Having a place that our team could call their own, where ideas, collaboration, and energy could thrive, felt like a true milestone in E3R’s journey.

How would you describe the culture and values you’ve built at E3R?

Our culture is inclusive and supportive. We’ve worked hard to create an environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and able to contribute. We celebrate successes together, learn from challenges together, and ensure that every member of the team knows they are an integral part of the business. Values like honesty, respect, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.

What makes E3R different from other recruitment businesses?

I think what sets E3R apart is that everyone involved – from our clients and candidates to our team members – has a voice. We listen, genuinely take feedback on board, and make decisions that reflect the needs of the people around us. It’s about transparency, respect, and creating solutions that work for everyone, rather than just ticking boxes.

How has your background before E3 shaped the way you run and grow the business?

Having started out as an engineering apprentice gave me a unique perspective on the kind of skills and mindset needed to succeed in technical roles. Combined with my experience in recruitment, I gained insight into both sides of the process – what clients are looking for, and what candidates need to thrive. That mix of practical know-how and recruitment experience has shaped the way I lead, make decisions, and grow E3R.

What can clients expect when they partner with E3R?

Clients can expect a transparent recruitment process We communicate clearly at every stage, set realistic expectations, and ensure they feel fully supported throughout. Our goal is always to build trust, deliver quality, and make the process as smooth and effective as possible.

What are you most proud of when you look at the business today?

I’m proud of the people we’ve built the business around – our team, the clients we work with, and the strong relationships we’ve formed over the years. Seeing talented individuals grow, helping businesses find the right people, and watching our team succeed together is incredibly rewarding. That sense of community and shared achievement is what I value most.

What do you enjoy doing outside of running E3R?

I enjoy home renovations and interior design and there’s nothing like jumping out of a plane to remind you to live in the moment!

Is there a guiding motto that shapes how you lead the business?

Give 100% every day. That means look after our clients, support our team, and work hard. Each day is an opportunity to make a difference.
