We believe in using our resources, skills, and networks to create positive change in the communities we serve. Our partnerships reflect our values, working together to open doors, provide opportunities, and support causes that matter. For us, it’s about more than donations. It’s about taking action, sharing expertise, and helping to build stronger, more resilient communities for the future.
In 2025, E3 Recruitment is proud to partner with The Howarth Foundation, a family-run charity dedicated to helping individuals who have experienced homelessness reintegrate into society through meaningful employment. Their “Business Building Futures – Street 2 Feet” initiative connects people ready to re-enter the workforce with businesses that can offer sustainable job opportunities.
Our commitment goes beyond fundraising; we’re providing career advice, connecting individuals with job opportunities, and supporting new hires to settle into the workplace. To raise funds and awareness, our team will take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in September 2025. This endeavour reflects our belief that employment is more than just earning—it’s about stability, confidence, and opportunity.
Together with The Howarth Foundation, we’re working to break the cycle of homelessness and build brighter futures.
Children’s Heart Surgery Fund is the chosen charity partner of our Chemical & Pharmaceutical division, supporting children and adults born with congenital heart defects across Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.
Originally E3 Recruitment’s charity partner in 2017 and 2018—during which we proudly raised over £5,500—the partnership has continued through our divisional support, including hosting dedicated charity Golf Days in both 2024 and 2025 to raise additional funds and awareness.
Our original fundraising efforts included the Leeds 10K, Total Warrior, Wear It Red Day, and It’s a Knock Out challenge. Today, we continue to stand alongside this incredible charity in helping to fund life-saving surgery, vital equipment, and essential support for families during some of their most difficult times.
From 2022 to 2024, E3 Recruitment proudly partnered with Andy’s Man Club, a national men’s mental health charity offering free weekly talking groups across the UK. With over 100 locations, the charity provides a safe space for men to open up and talk, helping to break the stigma around male mental health.
During our partnership, we hosted a talk at our head office to raise awareness, held a 24-hour Ride & Run fundraising event at our onsite gym, and took part in the Bradford Dragon Boat Race. Through these events, we raised both funds and vital awareness for a cause that continues to impact many across the industries we serve.
Between 2019 and 2021, we supported Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice, raising thousands of pounds to help children with life-shortening conditions and their families. The charity delivers incredible care through its hospice-at-home services and its purpose-built hospice facility.
Our fundraising efforts ranged from participating in the Bradford Dragon Boat Race and the Total Warrior challenge to hosting charity evenings, comedy nights, and community events such as the Colour Run. We’re proud to have helped make a difference during our three-year partnership.
E3 Recruitment is proud to partner with British Forces Resettlement Services (BFRS) to support service leavers and veterans as they transition into civilian careers. Through this partnership, we advertise roles suited to the transferable skills of ex-forces personnel, offer employment advice, and attend BFRS expos to connect directly with candidates. This collaboration allows us to actively support the Armed Forces community while helping businesses benefit from the discipline, leadership, and resilience veterans bring to the workplace.
In 2025, we launched a new partnership with the Forces Employment Charity, strengthening our long-term commitment to the Armed Forces community. The charity provides tailored, lifelong support to veterans and service leavers, helping them find lasting careers after military service. Working together, we’re promoting job opportunities, sharing industry insight, and supporting ex-forces candidates into roles across manufacturing and engineering—ensuring their skills continue to make an impact in civilian life.

E3 Recruitment is proud to have sponsored the Kirkheaton YFC Under-11s for the past four years. The team has grown to a squad of 24 young players, now competing as two sides—The Lions and The Tigers—in nine-a-side football. They play in the respected Macron Huddersfield Junior Football League, and we’re proud to support their development both on and off the pitch.
Our sponsorship of Methley United AFC spans both club support and kit sponsorship, enabling the team to thrive on the field while building stronger community connections. Supporting amateur football helps us give back to the communities where many of our employees, candidates, and clients live and work.
