E3R strengthens team with new recruits
Engineering and manufacturing recruitment specialist E3 Recruitment are continuing to prove their commitment to growing the business by employing two new recruits to strengthen the team, improve their offering to clients and grow their client base.
In the last month alone E3R has welcomed Nick Ford, a Technical Recruitment Specialist and Matt Booth, a Business Development Manager, both to their West Yorkshire headquarters in Huddersfield following a positive third year of business, with turnover for the current financial year expected to exceed £12 million and a growing team of 22 located both in Huddersfield and the South Yorkshire office.
Nick Ford in his Technical Recruitment Consultant role will focus on filling permanent Management and Professional positions in the engineering, manufacturing and technical sectors that E3R covers, along with oil, gas and petrochemical, automotive and aerospace, food, pharmaceuticals and power generation.
He joins the company with four years recruitment experience. Having started his career as an Army apprentice, Nick is a qualified electrical engineer with extensive electrical and electronic knowledge and expertise, which will add value to the E3R offering as his key focus will be recruiting in these areas.
Matt Booth has joined the business as Business Development Manager for West Yorkshire and North West. He joins E3R with 14 years sales experience and six years engineering experience having started his career operating engineering machinery before moving into sales and business development. Eight years ago Matt moved to the Payroll Solutions market, which acts as an employer to agency contractors, attracting both agencies and clients to the Payroll Solutions’ offerings.
Matt will be working from Huddersfield focussing on new business growth for both the Skilled Technicians and Trades Personnel Division and also the Management and Professional Division and will be looking to further develop clients for E3R across West Yorkshire and North West Regions.
