E3R Celebrate Female Employees with Awards

As the world celebrates International Woman’s Day this Sunday 8th March, E3R continues to celebrate its female employees’ achievements who are rising up through the ranks.

In December the whole E3R family came together to celebrate both the company’s and individuals’ achievements over the course of the year.

Of the five E3R Directors Award, four of them were won by females. Recruitment Consultants Alison Bell from the General Manufacturing Sector Team and Kerri Simpson from the Building and Construction Products Sector Team won the Most Improved Awards for their improved performances over the last year.

Business Administrator Emily Humble won the Above & Beyond Award for her outstanding contribution to E3R, often taking on responsibilities which are outside her role.

And Charlotte Norton from the Food and Drink Sector Team took home the Rising Star Award for her outstanding performance, which has resulted in her being promoted from a Trainee to a Recruitment Consultant at the start of the year.

Tracie Norton, E3R Director commented: “It is of paramount importance to recognise effort. Our people matter a great deal to us and as our E3R family continues to grow, we continue to empower our people to be the best they can be in doing what they love, sharing our vision to be the manufacturing and engineering recruiter of choice.”
