Company Update 2021.5

The E3R team enjoys a get together to celebrate each other and look ahead to the future

The E3R team enjoyed a well overdue team wind down and a few drinks and nibbles on Friday at our mid-year company update. Together we celebrated getting through the last 18 months from when lockdown 1.0 first started. We’ve risen above challenges, got through it and come out the other side a stronger team and a more robust flexible company.

The company update was an opportunity to say thank you to everyone who has been committed to E3R over the last year and four months, through what has been difficult times for all. It was also the ideal opportunity to share the company’s performance to date and vision for the future.

It was revealed that E3R’s head office is moving to a larger facility, designed to meet the demands of the growing team. Everyone was excited to hear that the new office will be equipped with an in-house gym, bar, break out areas and zoom pods, making coming to work a more enjoyable experience and a place where employees can feel at home.

E3R Director Andrew Pilling commented:

“In moments of crisis, there are also moments of opportunity, and although the pandemic has done some great damage to the world, it has brought with it a chance to re-evaluate the way we do things, to decide what is important. We’ve all gone through the last 18 months as a team and found new ways to work together and come out stronger.

“Friday was an opportunity for us to thank our employees for all their hard work and commitment. We also shared our future plans on how we are continuing to support our staff, our investment plans including the new office, additional staff, and training. With the aim to create a great working environment for all, whilst demonstrating our forward-thinking attitude as we look positively to the future of E3R and HS2 alike.”
