E3R sponsors prestigious Make UK Dinner for fourth year running

E3 Recruitment (E3R) is delighted to be a sponsor of the Make UK Dinner for the fourth year running, which recognises the best of UK manufacturing and engineering at this special event dedicated to the achievements of the sector.

This year the Make UK North East, Yorkshire & Humberside Dinner takes places on Tuesday 8th October at the National Railway Museum in York and will celebrate the successes of the industry with an award presentation.

Regional Future Manufacturing Awards categories include rewarding change, building partnerships, progressing ideas, developing good practice and investing in people and the awards winners will be showcased by Make UK over the following year as success case studies for the region.

This annual prestigious black-tie event will bring together business leaders, Make UK Manufacturing Award entrants and members as they highlight the sector at its finest. It will be an opportunity to network with manufacturing heroes, enjoy good food and entertainment at this regional event.

The evening will include an address from Stephen Phipson, Make UK CEO who will give a manufacturing update hot from Westminster on key issues including Skills, the Industrial Strategy, the Steel Task Force and Brexit. The after-dinner speaker will be Richard Paxman, Director and Founder of Paxman Coolers Ltd, who’s company has developed the Paxman Scalp Cooling System, a pioneering treatment that prevents cancer patients from losing their hair during chemotherapy.
