E3R continues to grow with five new recruits and new larger head office

E3 Recruitment (E3R) is growing at a record rate, having recruited five new employees since the beginning of the year, which has resulted in the agency outgrowing its head office.

E3R is one of the UK’s leading manufacturing, engineering and technical recruitment agencies and is now in its fourth year of business employing 25 people. The recruiter has currently undergone a restructure with consultants now working in sector specific teams; this improves the client offering as consultants have in-depth knowledge of their sectors and continuity of contacts builds strong working relationships.

Nathan Deeley has joined E3R as an Account Manager supporting the General Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities and Automotive and Fleet sector teams on an array of positions. He has 11 years’ experience in recruitment, predominantly management and professional roles within the Power, Rail and Facilities Management industries.

Alex Bull is a Recruitment Consultant and has previous recruitment experience in the IT and Construction industries in both management and professional and skilled and trades roles and will be supporting the General Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities and Power and Distribution sector teams.

Rahim Mahmood has joined E3 Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant focussing on General Manufacturing and has three years’ recruitment experience in Manufacturing and Engineering.

Joseph Brennan and Melissa Hicks have both joined E3R as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. Joseph previously specialised in Construction recruitment and will now support the General Manufacturing FMCG and Automotive and Fleet sector teams.

Melissa will be supporting General Manufacturing, Building Products and FMCG recruitment. She has previous recruitment experience recruiting for roles ranging from tradesmen through to Project Managers and sales.

Nathan, Alex, Rahim, Joseph and Melissa are all based at E3 Recruitment’s new bespoke larger head office. Still located at Heritage Mill in Huddersfield, the new space is a conversion of an old bakery which E3R had the first opportunity to take on when the previous tenants moved out.

There are 28 desks in the new office, an increase of 15 desks from the previous 13 desks and it boasts a larger boardroom, a glass fronted meeting room and a filling room, all of which are bespoke due to a full design consultation.

E3R Director James Soden commented; “E3 Recruitment is committed to growing the agency and paramount to this is strengthening the team with individuals that compliment E3 Recruitment’s offering. We outgrew the old head office due to numerous new recruits and very large and substantial contract wins. By moving into the new office E3R has future proofed itself for immediate growth.

“The new office represents a new phase for the agency and it’s not only about providing extra desk spaces, its providing a great working environment where the team want to be and as a result are motivated. This has been a great start to the year and we are in a strong position to meet our target for further growth.”

E3 Recruitment will be competing in ‘It’s a Knockout’ charity event at Roundhay Park on Sunday 25th June to raise money for the Children’s Heart Surgery Fund. To sponsor the E3R team please visit https://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/E3Recruitment1
