Supporting Women’s Health in the Workplace: Join Us for Our World Menopause Month Event
This October, as part of World Menopause Month, we’re proud to be hosting an in-house Lunch & Learn event dedicated to opening up the conversation around menopause and providing real, practical support.
Why This Matters
Menopause affects over half the population at some stage of life – yet it’s still a subject that often feels misunderstood or overlooked, especially in the workplace.
By bringing awareness, education, and open discussion into the workplace, we can help reduce stigma, improve wellbeing, and create environments where people feel supported during what can be a challenging life stage.
Event Agenda
Menopause in the Workplace with Alex Hall
We’re delighted to welcome Alex Hall, Women’s Health & Menopause Coach, to lead a practical and empowering session designed to make menopause feel less overwhelming.
Part 1 – What’s Actually Going On
Understand what menopause and perimenopause really are, the wide range of symptoms (beyond the well-known hot flushes), and why having open conversations about menopause is so important in the workplace.
Part 2 – What You Can Actually Do About It
Walk away with realistic tools and strategies you can start using straight away:
- Mindset shifts to feel motivated and avoid the “all or nothing” trap
- Simple, sustainable nutrition (without diets or drama)
- Movement that boosts energy, sleep, and strength – even when you’re tired
- How work can play a role in supporting menopause, and how to ask for help
Whether you’re currently experiencing menopause, approaching it, or supporting a colleague, friend, or loved one – this session will leave you feeling more informed, more capable, and more at ease with the topic.
Lunch & Networking
We’ll be providing a light lunch and an opportunity to network, share experiences, and continue the conversation in an informal, supportive setting.
