E3Round UP – E3R Develops Website for Clients & Candidates
As part of E3 Recruitment’s ongoing commitment to improvement, and in response to client requests, the agency has invested in the clients and candidates user experience by developing a new section of the website and an online portal designed to make certain processes quicker and easier for both parties.
Improved Client Experience
Clients can sign up to E3 Recruitment via the website, register their interest in E3R services and request a call back. This enables clients to contact E3R directly online if they would like to advertise a job with the agency by submitting a job description for the role they would like filling. Clients will be granted access to the Client Portal where they can complete E3R Supplier Forms and download copies of E3R’s Terms of Business.
Once a candidate has been placed with a client their accounts can be linked so a candidate can complete their timesheet online, which then gets sent to the client directly for authorisation. This process allows everything to be done by the click of a few buttons. For the client this means that everything is in one place, making the admin process run smoothly rather than lots of different emails and documents approving and declining processes.
New Client Account Features:
• Submit timesheets
• View their inbox
• Approve/decline candidate
• Approve/decline candidate submitted holiday forms
• Approve/decline candidate submitted expenses
• Update information
• E3R Supplier Form
• View Terms of Business
Improved Candidate Experience
All of the jobs E3R advertise online automatically appear on the E3 Recruitment website also, so candidates can apply directly rather than through the various job sites used to advertise roles.Candidates can register with E3R, upload their CV and personal details directly to E3R allowing consultants to contact them with regards to a specific role. By making the registration process 100% electronic allows E3R to receive up to date information in real time. Candidates no longer need to worry about how they are going to return their registration documents as they can now do everything online. If a candidate is successful for interview, they gain access to the Candidate Portal where they can complete all E3R Registration Forms electronically and upload documents and images which can be used as ID. In the portal candidates can complete timesheets, expenses and holiday forms which will be automatically sent to the client for approval.
New Candidate Account Features:
• Submit bank details
• Submit ID
• Submit timesheets
• Submit holiday forms
• Submit health questionnaire
• Submit expenses
• Submit application form
• Update personal information and CV
• View Terms of Engagement
E3R Director Andrew Pilling who has led this project commented:
“Everyone is time-short with busy jobs and lives, so we think it is important we provide both our clients and our candidates with an easy to use, hassle free online portal which makes processes and tasks that need to be completed easier and quicker for all, both externally and internally. We are excited to launch these new website developments in autumn, which will ultimately improve the user experience both our clients and candidates have and makes working with E3 Recruitment even easier.”
