About
Andy’s Man Club is a men’s mental health charity which offers free-to-attend talking groups for men, challenging the stigmas around male mental health. There are 102 Andy’s Man Clubs nationwide from Plymouth to Aberdeen, that open their doors every Monday at 7 pm to hundreds of men.
On average one man every two hours takes his life in the UK, it’s often said a factor is that men struggle to talk or address their feelings. Therefore, Andy’s Man Club was born to break down these stigmas and support men struggling with mental health issues with the slogan #ItsOkayToTalk. Find out more about Andy’s Man Club here
Why
Across many industries within the UK, there has been a huge push to prioritise mental health in the workplace, accelerated by the impact the Covid pandemic placed on countless individuals and organisations up and down the country.
Within the manufacturing and engineering industries we serve, we have seen multiple organisations taking the opportunity to re-evaluate how they can better support their employees.
E3R knows the impact mental health has on both employees, candidates, and organisations, therefore we have chosen Andy’s Man Club, a men’s mental health charity, as our charity partner.
