Toni-Marie Monks – Promoted to Senior Consultant, Chemical & Process
Toni joined E3R a year and a half ago and has quickly established herself as a trusted partner to clients across the chemical and process sectors. She specialises in process manufacturing, with a focus on Technical and Engineering role’s, placing everything from Maintenance, to Project Management, Quality Control to Technical & Regulatory.
What sets Toni apart is her straightforward, transparent approach and her ability to adapt quickly to the needs of both clients and candidates. Always approachable and reliable, she is known for her open communication and commitment to going the extra mile. Toni’s promotion to Senior Consultant is a testament to her resilience, ambition, and growing expertise in one of the industry’s most technical and fast-paced sectors.

Kate Wadsworth – Promoted to Senior Consultant, Chemical & Process
Since joining E3R 18 months ago, Kate has built a reputation for forming strong, long-lasting relationships within the chemical industry. She places candidates across a wide range of roles, from Engineers and Operators in Operations to Account Managers and Financial Accountant’s within Sales and Finance.
Kate is known for her patient and consistent approach, ensuring that clients and candidates alike feel supported every step of the way. Her ability to connect on a personal level, paired with her resilience and drive, has helped her thrive in a sector facing acute skills shortages. Kate’s promotion reflects not only her results but also the positive impact she has had on her team, her clients, and her candidates.

Sam has enjoyed a year of rapid progression, moving from Consultant to Senior Consultant earlier this year and now stepping up to Principal Consultant. Specialising in recruitment within the construction materials sector, Sam focuses on engineering and production roles such as Engineering Managers, Production Supervisors, and Engineering Stores professionals.
Sam is highly regarded for his ability to build strong, lasting partnerships, always bringing honesty, integrity, and clear communication to the recruitment process. His sector knowledge, combined with his determination to deliver the right solutions, has led to trusted client relationships and repeat success. His promotion to Principal Consultant recognises not only his results but also the leadership he demonstrates within the team.
