This Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer role is working with one of the UK’s largest manufacturing organisations and offers a fantastic salary of £56,000 plus KPI bonus of 5%, excellent industry benefits, pension match to 10% and leading career development opportunities.

The successful Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer will benefit from:

  • A base salary up to £56k per annum, plus bonus, and overtime also available at a minimum of x 1.5, x 2
  • Company pension matched up to 10%

  • 4 on 4 off, 5 on 5 off – Days and Nights (Guarantees 2 weekends off consistently every month)

Key Responsibilities of Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer:

  • To carry out essential planned Electrical and mechanical maintenance and complete necessary repairs to keep factories in good working order.
  • Involvement in on-going process improvement throughout the factories, developing new ideas and better solutions.
  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance, Inspections, Service and Repairs, hydraulic machinery, bearings, shafts, conveyor-based systems, motors, inverters, 3 phase electrics and PLC’s

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Applicants must hold a recognised Electrical & Mechanical Engineering qualification such as an Advanced Apprenticeship & or; Level 3 NVQ with BTEC Level 3 or above, City & Guilds in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering/Craft studies, 18th edition etc
  • Demonstrable knowledge & expertise in PPM and reactive maintenance on Industrial Plant & Equipment.
  • High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
