A dedicated and valued member of our team, Jennie Butler joined E3R in late 2020 and has since made a huge impact on our teams, clients, and candidates.

Jennie is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants with previous experience as a Financial Controller within recruitment plus a wealth of finance and account experience spanning over 15 years. As Group Financial Controller for E3 Recruitment and HSQ Recruitment Jennie ensures clients’ requirements are met, data and figures are readily available for our directors and consultants, and that the overarching finance function is robust in all areas.

In her role as Group Financial Controller, Jennie is responsible for bringing our credit function in-house, whilst driving efficiencies and profitability across all areas of the business and subsequent balance sheet.

Outside of her role and responsibilities, Jennie is a well-respected and vital part of our team. Emily Humble, our Payroll Coordinator, says ‘The guidance and support Jennie has given me has been so important to my role, continuously supporting, helping, and mentoring me has helped me achieve my yearly goals, learn and develop in my role. Jennie also has an amazing way with our teams and clients and is so welcoming to anyone who joins or visits us.’

We caught up with Jennie to find out more about her time with E3R.

There’s so much that can be done. I’ve started building strategies for the next couple of years, and I’m now building a team to ensure that we support the hard work and dedication of our consultants and business managers. In the next five years, I would like to see the same happy faces plus more, more growth, and see the lines on the graphs increase!

Be prepared for the face paced nature, work hard and you’ll reap the rewards. E3R has a great culture, where we’re all hard-working, get on great, and take enjoyment in the work that we do. I’ve also made some great friends here at E3!
