Machine Operator required. £18.90 per hour, three-day weekends, 33 days holiday, and a 10% pension scheme are just a few of the benefits available with this growing engineering manufacturer in Leeds.

Due to continued growth, this well-established manufacturer is looking to recruit additional Machine Operators to support final assembly and production operations within a state-of-the-art facility. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, overtime, and progression.

The Machine Operator role will involve:
* Setting up and operating a range of production machinery to manufacture components to engineering drawings and specifications
* Reading and interpreting technical documentation, job sheets, and production instructions
* Adjusting and programming machinery using set-up data and technical information
* Operating cutting, forming, and fabrication equipment
* Measuring, checking, and recording dimensional and quality data throughout production
* Handling, moving, and preparing completed components using appropriate lifting equipment where required

In return, the Machine Operator will receive:
* £32,450 annual salary including shift allowance
* Overtime paid at premium rates
* 33 days holiday
* 10% combined pension contribution
* Paid breaks and additional company benefits

Machine Operator Requirements:
* Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Engineering or production background preferred
* Experience with lifting equipment or fabrication processes beneficial

Working Hours for the Machine Operator:
* Week 1: Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 14:00
* Week 2: Monday to Thursday – 13:00 to 22:00

Based in Pudsey, the role is commutable from Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, and surrounding areas.
