E3 Recruitment is committed to continuous improvement, and in response to client requests, we have made significant investments to enhance the user experience for both clients and candidates. We are pleased to announce the development of a new website section and an online portal designed to streamline processes and simplify interactions.

Enhanced Client Experience

Clients can now conveniently sign up for E3 Recruitment services through our website and express their interest, requesting a callback. This online platform allows clients to easily submit job descriptions for the positions they want to fill, enabling them to advertise job vacancies directly with our agency. Upon registration, clients gain access to the Client Portal, where they can complete E3 Recruitment Supplier Forms and access copies of our Terms of Business.

Once a candidate is successfully placed with a client, their accounts can be linked. This integration facilitates the online submission of timesheets, which are then sent directly to the client for authorisation. With just a few clicks, all necessary tasks can be completed, eliminating the need for multiple emails and documents for approval and declination. The streamlined process ensures that everything is consolidated in one place, making administrative tasks run smoothly.

Improved Candidate Experience

All the job opportunities advertised by E3 Recruitment are now automatically displayed on our website, allowing candidates to apply directly, bypassing the need for various job sites. Candidates can register with E3 Recruitment, uploading their CVs and personal details directly to our platform. This enables our consultants to reach out to them regarding specific roles. By digitising the registration process, we can receive up-to-date information in real-time. Candidates no longer need to worry about returning registration documents physically, as everything can now be done online.

If a candidate successfully secures an interview, they gain access to the Candidate Portal. Within this portal, candidates can complete all E3 Recruitment Registration Forms electronically, upload required documents and images for identification purposes, and submit timesheets, expenses, and holiday forms. These submissions are automatically sent to the client for approval.
