She is an integral part of E3 Recruitment’s marketing team, bringing creativity and strategic insight to the company’s marketing efforts. As Marketing Executive, Megan works alongside the Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for E3 Recruitment. Her role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting client campaigns with data-driven insights and creative solutions.
Megan’s key responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and content marketing. She collaborates with members of each divisions and the marketing team to produce engaging and relevant content—including social media posts, blogs, infographics, videos, and landing pages—to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy and resonance with target audiences.
As part of her role, Megan also helps design and implement the internal and external communications strategy, supporting initiatives like staff social events and charity activities. She is responsible for managing social media platforms, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and using performance metrics to refine the brand’s social media presence.
