Lewis Lynch

I specialise in white-collar recruitment within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. The roles I most frequently work on as Recruitment Consultant in the general manufacturing team include Design Engineers, Project Managers, Office Professionals, and Directors. It’s a dynamic space where no two days are the same, and that’s exactly what I enjoy most. Every conversation brings a new perspective.

How Would you describe your recruitment style?

My style is more consultative than transactional, this is a huge part of how we operate at E3R. I take the time to understand both the client’s needs and the candidate’s goals. My background has equipped me with strong people skills and a solution-focused mindset, which I use to help both sides find the right fit. If you’re a client, you can expect someone who will get the job done… proactively. I don’t shy away from challenges, and I’m consistent in how I manage the process from start to finish.

What’s would your advice be for someone looking for a new role?

If you’re looking for your next role in engineering and manufacturing, my advice is straightforward: do your research, know your market, and understand what you want from your next move. That clarity makes all the difference.

How Do you Stay Informed with the industry?

Speaking to people daily is one of the best ways I stay in tune with the industry. It keeps me aware of trends, shifts in hiring needs, and how the market is evolving in real time.

What is your motto and biggest lesson you’ve learned?

Business moves fast, and so do I.

Don’t presume anything. Every client, candidate, and role is different.

What Do you Enjoy About Working at E3R and outside of work?

The people make the place. There’s a strong team culture at E3R that makes the day-to-day genuinely enjoyable. It’s a positive environment with lots of collaboration and support. Outside of work, I like to stay social, whether that’s catching up with friends or walking the dog. My colleagues would probably describe me as proactive and disciplined.
