Job Opportunity: Vehicle Technician

Location: Guiesley, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Vehicle Technician to join the team at a well-established, family-run business in Guiesley. As a mechanic you will benefit from £35,000 to £40,000 salary (Experience dependant) Flexible work hours, a 5 day working week and 28 days holidays. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles, ensuring they run smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities of this Vehicle Technician:

  • Perform routine servicing and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
  • Conduct MOT inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Undertake full engine rebuilding and repairs.
  • Diagnose and repair head gaskets and other engine-related issues.
  • Replace timing belts and other critical components.
  • Collaborate with our friendly team to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.

Working Hours:

  • 5-day work week: Monday to Friday.
  • 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM: Enjoy a healthy work-life balance.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary ranging between £35,000 and £40,000, based on experience and expertise.
  • Overtime opportunities paid at a premium
