Due to organic growth, we are recruiting for a Sheet Metal Worker to join this well-established manufacturing organisation.

The company is based Sheffield with easy access from surrounding towns and cities such as Barnsley, Chesterfield, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, and Worksop.

Working Hours of the Sheet Metal Worker :

  • Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm.
  • Friday 8am to 2.30pm
  • 40 hours Monday – Friday + Overtime.

In return, the successful Sheetmetal Worker will receive:

  • Full Package £39,000 – £44,000 per Annum.
  • Plenty of Overtime Available.
  • Ongoing development and training.

Ideally, the successful Sheet Metal Worker will have:

  • Interpreting blueprints and specifications to mark, cut, and shape aluminium, stainless steel, or mild steel components.
  • Operating tools such as guillotines, brake presses, shears, lasers, and rollers.
  • Thin metal Products <3mm.
  • Joining parts via welding, soldering, bolting, or riveting; grinding and polishing finished products for a smooth surface.
