This is a permanent Production Operator role. As the Production Operator will be responsible for the production of chemical products in line with production requirements and control of stock and finished goods within the manufacturing area.

The company is one of the world’s leading hygiene chemical manufacturers. Working with leading professionals within the sector, this Production Operator will also have the opportunity to develop their experience within on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities of the Production Operator;

  • Production Operator will be engaging in a personal and career development programme.
  • Performing duties including filling, capping and labelling of final products.
  • Production Operator will follow and adhere strictly to instructions to ensure product is to identified size / weight required.
  • Correct and accurate weighing of raw materials.
  • Avoid cross-contamination during measuring, weighing, charging and blending.
  • Close cooperation with R&D and QC teams.
  • Loading chemicals into 5kg buckets.

To be successful in this position as Production Operator it would be preferable to have a background working within the food, pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing sector, with an awareness of relevant health and safety procedures. It would also be an advantage to hold an in date FLT Licence (Counterbalance or Reach), although this is not essential.
