IMMEDIATE START – 4 ON, 4 OFF DAY SHIFT OPPORTUNITY

With immediate overtime opportunities and clear career progression, this position offers long-term stability, practical experience, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive team within a production environment at an industry-leading manufacturing site in the Stoke-On-Trent area.

What’s in it for you?

  • 4 on 4 off shift pattern – 12-hour day shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • £12.71/hour base rate plus 20% = £15.25/hour total
  • Plus a weekend premium pay (+1/3 Sat – 2/3 Sun)
  • Initial 12-week temporary contract with potential to go permanent
  • Ongoing training and development with a UK industry leader

Role Responsibilities:

  • Operating machinery and equipment within a production environment
  • Cleaning and preparing moulds and tools used in the process
  • Preparing and mixing materials according to production requirements
  • Manual handling duties – supported by mechanical lifting aids
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free working environment
  • Strictly adhering to site health & safety procedures and reporting issues promptly

What do you require to apply as a Production Operative

  • Reliable, proactive, and a good relationship builder in a production setting
  • Previous manual or labouring experience desirable
  • Own transport preferred due to site location
