Are you an experienced Production Manager with a strong electrical and mechanical engineering background? We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive performance on the shop floor while building strong relationships across projects, sales, design, quality, finance and HR functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business where you will play a key role in delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement.

The Role

  • Take ownership of day-to-day production operations, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and develop supervisors and shop floor teams to create a high-performing culture.
  • Drive production planning, resource management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with projects, design, quality, finance and HR teams to ensure successful delivery.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Production Manager or similar manufacturing leadership role
  • Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Strong people leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities
  • Experience working across multiple business functions within manufacturing
