This is a days-based position for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a state-of-the-art food processing company that offers a lot of career progression with supported training and development opportunities.

Here is an opening for a Maintenance Engineer to apply for a position with one of the UK’s leading food processing companies. They are an established business that work as a team to achieve their goals offering support to their staff and ensuring a hands-on approach where you can really get stuck in, in a faced moving environment.

The Role

Assisting in the electrical and mechanical maintenance on site ensuring the downtime is kept to a minimum.

Undertake training as and when required by the company to ensure that your skills are kept up to date and current.

Work with and cooperate with your colleagues to ensure a safe workplace
Reporting to the Engineering manager with information and regular progress updates

About you

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Mechanical/Electrical or Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer

17th Edition would be desirable

Apprentice trained with ideally an ONC qualification or higher
