The successful candidate will a fundamental player, in leading the growth of the laundry division, across the United Kingdom; becoming part of a developing workforce alongside leaders in the manufacturing of Professional Hygiene Chemicals, for over 70 years.

To be successful as a Field Service Engineer, the candidate will draw from professional experience, and be able to deliver top-tier service to both current and prospective customers, utilising your technical expertise to effectively oversee, retain, and expand business relationships with new and existing clientele.

The role is split into 3 key areas: Service Visits, Technical Service Delivery and Account management.

Responsibilities of Field Service Engineer:

• Conduct service repairs to company equipment; whilst monitoring quality, cost and overseeing water & energy management.
• Effectively manage and develop new & existing client relations.
• Achieve sales targets for your designated accounts.
• Promote additional services whilst displaying knowledge of equipment and servicing requirements.
• Offer technical support to meet business goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and fulfil objectives outlined within service level agreements.
• Support the acquisition of new accounts, and prepare, and deliver customer & colleague training.
• Monitor and enhance commercial performance while ensuring that account summaries are consistently updated and accurate.

With this being a Field Service Engineer within the East Midland region, the ability to travel across this area with overnight stays as required is essential.
