Multiple Fettler / Polisher vacancies available with an impressive engineering organisation based in Leeds.

This award-winning organisation was recently ranked as one the top 25 Engineering employers world-wide. Since their establishment over 160 years ago, they have become a household name within a number of high-profile industries including Oil & Gas and Power Generation and now employ over 15,000 people across 180 facilities world-wide.

The Leeds based facility is just a few miles from the M621, M62 & M1 Motorways, meaning the successful candidates will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Wakefield, Bradford, Dewsbury, Pontefract, Castleford and Huddersfield.

For the Fettler / Polisher position, we are keen to hear from individuals who possess the following:

  • Previous experience working in a similar position; with the ability to effectively use appropriate tools such as linishers, polishing belts, hand scrapers and grinders
  • Experience working in a high precision & quality critical manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for quality craftsmanship

Details of the Fettler / Polisher position:

  • Pay Rate: £22.51 (Overtime: £33.75) – Paid weekly via Umbrella PAYE
  • Working Hours: 37 Hours per week: Monday to Thursday – 07:00 to 15:30 / Friday – 07:00 to 12:00
  • Onsite facilities including: free car parking, subsidised canteen, gym
  • Contract duration: 3-month rolling
