The company is based in Warwick , offering easy access from surrounding towns and cities such as Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Northampton, and Worcester.

Working Hours of the Facilities Administrator :

  • Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm /Friday 8am to 1pm.
  • 37 hours Working Week.

In return, the successful Facilities Administrator will receive :

  • Salary £27k – £30k per annum.
  • Overtime paid at 1/3 Midweek/ ½ Saturday /Double Sunday.
  • Yearly Pay Reviews.
  • Permanent opportunity from Day 1.
  • Ongoing development and training.

Ideally, the successful Facilities Administrator will have :

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Understanding of building systems/maintenance processes.
  • Knowledge of Audit processes.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
  • Competent with facilities management systems.
