Monday to Friday working week, early finish on a Friday, weekly pay, free car parking, brand new factory with an excellent working environment, all tooling provided by the company, multiple hires required for the Assembly Fitter as they look to expand there facility and workload .

We are recruiting multiple people for this role as the company has opened a new facility with an extensive order book for 2026 and beyond. We would be keen to hear from people that are comfortable working with hand and power tools and individuals that may have worked as a coachbuilder, Assembly Fitter, joiner, labourer, car mechanic etc.

Key responsibilities of the Assembly Fitter position

  • Working from technical drawings, build instructions, and job sheets to complete vehicle conversions accurately
  • Carrying out accessory installations work to a high-quality standard
  • Installing vehicle accessories including flooring, side panels, shelving systems, and basic electrical components (full training provided)
  • Using hand and power tools to fit and assemble automotive components to company specifications
  • Following health & safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
  • Supporting production schedules and working collaboratively with the workshop team to meet deadlines
