Production Operative

We are looking for Production Operatives in the area of Aldridge. The hours of work are Monday to Friday Days Only 6am – 2:30pm. This opportunity is offered on a temporary to permanent basis, with a fulltime contract offered after 12 weeks.

Immediate start is available and there is also overtime of x1.5 and x2 for those that want it. *Permanent contracts are offered depending on Performance, Punctuality and Time Keeping

Roles and responsibilities as a Production Operative?

• Machine Operating
• Quality Checking
• Filling out basic paperwork
• Stacking Products using FLT

Key Production Operative responsibilities will lie in the following functional areas:

• The production of high-quality products operating production machinery
• The manual packing and movement of heavy products
• Creating and maintaining the highest standards of 5S’s housekeeping and environmental management
• Operations of a range of machines as part of a multi-skilled team
• Ensure areas are inspected / maintained in accordance with local Health & Safety Standards and work within Standard Safe Operating Procedures
