The role is Monday to Friday, standard days, plus an early finish on a Friday. We are looking for an Auto Electrician to join a growing manufacturing business in St Helen’s area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, modern workshop environment for a company that is excelling in its industry and has a strong order book for the upcoming months.

A growing business that specialises in vehicle conversions, electrical installations, and fleet solutions is looking to recruit an Auto Electrician to join the workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in vehicle electrics, diagnostics, and installations who is looking to take the next step in their career within a company that offers long-term support and development opportunities.

Duties of the Auto Electrician role include:

  • Installation and wiring of auxiliary vehicle equipment, including beacons, light bars, CCTV and ANPR systems, inverters, and solar battery systems.
  • Fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair of 12V and 24V electrical systems, wiring looms, and associated components.
  • Interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to deliver high-quality, bespoke vehicle installations in accordance with customer specifications and industry standards.

We welcome applicants for the Auto Electrician role from individuals who have Auto Electrical experience (HGV/LCV/PSV/commercial vehicles), Strong fault-finding skills with 12v/24v systems and able to work independently and as part of a team.
