Overhead Crane Operator required. £18.90 per hour, three-day weekends, 33 days holiday, and a 10% pension scheme are just a few of the benefits available with this growing engineering manufacturer in Leeds.

Due to continued growth, this well-established manufacturer is looking to recruit an Operator to support production and material handling operations within a state-of-the-art engineering facility. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, overtime, and progression.

The Overhead Crane Operator role will involve:
* Operating overhead cranes to safely move large and heavy engineering components
* Loading, unloading and positioning materials within the production facility
* Using lifting equipment and following safe lifting procedures
* Supporting production teams with the movement of materials and components
* Operating FLT equipment to move and position materials around the site
* Working safely in accordance with company procedures and health and safety requirements

In return, the role will offer:
* £32,450 annual salary including shift allowance
* Overtime paid at premium rates
* 33 days holiday
* 10% combined pension contribution
* Paid breaks and additional company benefits

Overhead Crane Operator Requirements:
* Previous experience operating an overhead crane in an engineering or manufacturing environment
* Accredited FLT licence – essential
* Experience handling large or heavy components
* Good understanding of safe lifting and material handling practices

Working Hours:
* Week 1: Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 14:00
* Week 2: Monday to Thursday – 12:30 to 22:00

Based in Pudsey, the role is commutable from Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, and surrounding areas.
