Standard days Monday to Friday role, with an early finish on a Friday, based on a 39-hour working week for the Semi-Skilled Auto Electrician role.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established company specialising in transforming vehicles into durable, purpose-built machines. With over 20 years of experience in vehicle conversions, the company delivers tailored solutions designed to meet a wide range of operational requirements.

The Semi-Skilled Auto Electrician role is based in the Ashton-Under-Lyne area , accessible from Oldham , Stockport, Hyde and surround areas.

Duties of the Semi-Skilled Auto Electrician role:

  • Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools
  • Carrying out electrical work on vehicles : wiring, crimping, and cable looming
  • Installing electrical systems including CCTV, lighting, beacons, and headlights
  • Diagnosing and repairing vehicle electrical faults
  • Following health and safety procedures while completing installations and repairs
  • Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and technical drawings

You would be suitable for this Semi-Skilled Auto Electrician role if you have experience working with vehicle electrical systems in any capacity. You should be comfortable using both hand and power tools, and able to interpret electrical drawings or schematics.

Training and support will be provided.

Relevant qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential.
