A well-established, market-leading engineering organisation is currently seeking a Document Controller to support its continued organic growth.

With over 50 years of industry expertise, this innovative business designs and manufactures high-performance engineering solutions for some of the world’s most demanding markets.

Key Responsibilities of the Document Controller

  • Receive, log and distribute engineering drawings, certificates and other technical documents.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems to ensure documents are easy to locate and retrieve.
  • Keep document registers up to date and manage document revisions.
  • Support internal audits by preparing and organising required documentation.
  • Work with Engineering, Quality and Production teams to ensure records are current and complete.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding document submissions and updates.

Working hours of the Document Controller

  • Monday- Thursday: 08:00-16:45
  • Friday: 08:00-13:30

For the Document Controller role, we are keen to receive CVs from individuals who possess:

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • An interest in engineering, manufacturing or document control.

In Return, The Document Controller Will Receive

  • Basic Salary: £28,000 per annum
  • Early finish on a Friday
  • 33 days annual leave
