Machine Operator / Assembler required for a well-established Bradford based manufacturing business. 33 days annual leave, overtime at a premium and ongoing training and development opportunities. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking for long-term work within a busy production environment.

We are interested in speaking with candidates who have experience within manufacturing, production or assembly environments.

The Machine Operator / Assembler role will involve:

  • Operating production machinery within a manufacturing environment
  • Carrying out assembly and production tasks
  • Using hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Carrying out basic machine set-up and adjustments
  • Recording production information where required

In return, the Machine Operator / Assembler will receive:

  • Hourly rate between £13.50 – £14.20 per hour dependant on experience
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Working hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm (39 hours per week)
  • Permanent opportunities available
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Overtime at premium rates available
  • Friendly and supportive working environment

Machine Operator / Assembler requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator / Assembler, Production Operative, Assembly Operative or Manufacturing Operative preferred
  • Experience within manufacturing, production or assembly environments
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of health and safety
