Market Leading manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Production Operative, working on a Production factory in Gatwick area (RH10 4NQ). Production operative will be working on the assembly or production line of a manufacturing company. Duties include feeding batches of raw materials into machinery, assembling goods on an assembly line and attaching ready products using resin solvents. The role does involve Manual Handling also involving the use of Brick Cutting Machines. Working hours – 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday (7am -15:30) for total of 40 Hours per week, on an ongoing basis. Overtime is available as and when required.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:
-Ability to operate and control equipment.
-Maintain a clean work area.
-Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
-Working as Part of a Team
-Quality Checks
-Filling out Paperwork
-Machine Operating
-Provide support to the Factory team when needed.
-Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Must be able to operate for long periods of time in brick-cutting environment. (Full training provided)
-Must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time, including coming in, out, and around the warehouse environment.
-Must be able to work on your feet 6-8 hours per day in a factory assembly environment.
Full training is given. Full PPE and Workwear is provided.
Immediate Start is available. Full Training will be given. Previous experience as a Production Operative is essential.
