Grace Hudson Morgan

I recruit within the Automotive & Fleet industry, specialising in Coach building and Vehicle Conversions. The roles I focus on include Coach builders, Vehicle Technicians, HGV Technicians, and Hydraulic Fitters. Hands-on, highly skilled positions that require a great deal of precision and experience.

What do you like most about your role and what is your most memorable placement?

What drew me to recruitment was how rewarding it feels to help someone find a role they’re genuinely excited about. What I love most is getting to know the people behind these roles and helping them take the next step in their careers. Supporting someone into the right job is where the real value lies.

One of my most memorable moments was my first placement, a young person’s very first job. That experience reminded me how much of an impact we can make in someone’s life.

How does your background help you in your current role?

My background is rooted in strong people skills, and that shapes the way I work. Whether it’s supporting a candidate through the hiring process or keeping a client in the loop, I focus on building positive, empathetic relationships based on trust and clear communication.

Clients can expect consistent, honest communication and someone who values their time and priorities. As I’ve grown in my role, I’ve taken on more responsibility and now work directly with more Automotive & Fleet clients, learning to navigate the industry with growing confidence.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned in recruitment?

Don’t take things personally. Recruitment can be unpredictable, and staying level-headed is key to doing the job well.

What is it like working at E3R?

The thing I love most about working at E3R is the culture, it’s friendly, flexible, and genuinely supportive. Being surrounded by strong female role models in leadership is inspiring, and the team feels more like a group of friends than just colleagues.

What do you enjoy outside of work?

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me baking or spending time with friends. My colleagues would probably describe me as bubbly, passionate and compassionate and I try to bring that energy to everything I do.

If you had to pick a motto, what would it be?

Live, laugh, love.
