I specialise in recruitment across the chemical and process, and pharmaceutical industries.

What are the most frequent roles you recruit for?

I most frequently recruit for multi skilled technician, quality managers, and a mix of both blue and white collar roles.

What do you enjoy most about working in recruitment?

I really enjoy talking to people and building relationships. I find it especially rewarding helping someone progress through the recruitment process and supporting them into the right role.

What sets you apart in how you work with clients and candidates?

I always aim to keep communication open with both clients and candidates. Being transparent and honest is really important to me, and I believe it builds trust and leads to better outcomes for everyone.

How does your background help you in recruitment?

I have previously worked in hospitality and other customer facing roles. These experiences helped me learn how to speak to lots of different people, handle difficult conversations, and better understand individual needs.

What trends or challenges are you seeing in your market right now?

Budgets are having a big impact on the industry at the moment, alongside wider government pressures.

What do you enjoy most about being part of E3 Recruitment?

The team and the culture. Everyone is lovely, friendly and very chatty, and there is a real sense of support across the business.

Chatty and approachable

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I enjoy going for walks, going to the gym, and knitting in my spare time.

Is there a motto you try to bring into your work?

Work hard and everything else will follow.

What is the biggest lesson you have learned in your career so far?

Always ask if you are not sure. It is better to ask questions, learn properly and do things right.
