Emily Humble

I work as Payroll Coordinator at E3R and my main responsibilities include making sure our temporary staff are paid accurately and on time, being the first point of contact for any payroll queries from clients and candidates, managing invoices, credit control and ensuring money is paid into the business efficiently.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I really enjoy speaking with candidates and helping them resolve any issues they have. As Payroll Coordinator, it’s rewarding to support people and make sure they feel looked after – especially when it comes to something as important as payroll.

Has there been a standout moment or achievement in your career so far?

Being recognised with both the Above and Beyond and Outstanding awards by E3 over the years has been a huge personal highlight. It means a lot to know my efforts are appreciated by the business.

What can your colleagues expect when working with you?

They can expect honesty, strong teamwork, and clear communication. I always try to be approachable and dependable, no matter how busy things get.

What do you enjoy most about working at E3R?

Definitely the people! There’s a real sense of support here that makes coming to work enjoyable.

How would your colleagues describe you in three words?

Passionate, friendly, and honest.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love spending time with friends and family, and going on holiday whenever I can.

What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far in your career?

Not to let people bring you down or affect your mindset.
