How has your career progressed since joining recruitment?

Since joining recruitment, my career has evolved significantly. I’ve progressed from Recruitment Consultant to Senior Recruitment Consultant, taken on greater responsibility, and now manage key accounts within the Building & Construction Materials team.

What do you enjoy about working at E3R?
