Salary: Up to £50,000
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, fully site-based

We are working with a well-established chemical manufacturing business to recruit a Senior HSE Advisor for its site in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Whether you’re an established Advisor or an experienced Senior professional looking for your next challenge, you’ll have the opportunity to influence managers, support operational teams and help drive a positive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical HSE advice and guidance to managers and operational teams.
• Lead audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Support risk assessments, incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to site performance.
• Contribute to process safety studies, including HAZOP, HAZID and LOPA.
• Manage contractor safety requirements, inductions and site audits.
• Deliver training and promote positive safety behaviours.
• Support COMAH compliance, environmental permitting and emergency preparedness.

What We’re Looking For

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification.
• Several years’ experience in a safety role within a COMAH site.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or a similarly regulated process environment.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, auditing and risk management.
