This Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer vacancy has a salary of £57,600 plus bonus and premium overtime of x1.5/x2, taking OTE to well over £60K+. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a market-leading manufacturing group.

Based close to the area of Patchway, the site is perfect for those commuting from Bristol, Bath, Portishead and Newport.

The successful Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer will benefit from:

Key Responsibilities of Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer:

  • To carry out essential planned electrical and mechanical maintenance and complete necessary repairs to keep factories in good working order
  • Involvement in on-going process improvement throughout the factories, developing new ideas and better solutions
  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance, Inspections, Service and Repairs, hydraulic machinery, bearings, shafts, conveyor-based systems, motors, inverters, 3 phase electrics and PLC’s.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Applicants must hold a recognised Electrical & Mechanical Engineering qualification such as an Advanced Apprenticeship & or; Level 3 NVQ with BTEC Level 3 or above, City & Guilds in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering/Craft studies, 18th edition etc
  • Previous experience of undertaking reactive maintenance and following PPM schedules within a manufacturing environment.
