A well-established and nationally renowned manufacturer based in Shipley is looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to join its Sales team on a temporary, ongoing basis.

This is a long-term opportunity, with the contract expected to continue well into 2027, making the Customer Account Coordinator position ideal for someone looking for stability while gaining further experience within a busy sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing a professional and helpful service
  • Prepare quotations, primarily for Spares customers, and process customer orders
  • Manage customer correspondence and follow up enquiries to ensure customers receive a timely response
  • Complete general administration duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met

What’s on offer to the Customer Account Coordinator

  • £15.74 per hour
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Admin-Flexi working pattern Monday to Thursday core hours of 9:30am-12:00pm and 2:00pm-3:00pm
  • Friday core hours of 9:30am-1:00pm, with an early finish once the 37.5 hours have been completed

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service or sales, ideally involving telephone and email communication
  • Excellent communication skills with good written and verbal English
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail

The Customer Account Coordinator role is based in Shipley and is easily accessible from Bradford, Leeds, Bingley, Keighley and the surrounding areas.
