This is an excellent opportunity to join a world leading manufacturer that have multiple sites throughout the UK and across the globe. This Engineering Manager vacancy is based in Sittingbourne and is a days only based position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) offering a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, a 10% bonus and a strong package of benefits and ongoing training to support your professional growth and career.

* Hours: Monday to Friday (for example 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, with some flexibility)

Key responsibilities as Engineering Manager:
* Manage a team of approximately 10 Maintenance Engineers, Team Leaders, Maintenance Planner and Stores Controller
* Drive plant performance through continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
* Support capital projects, ensuring effective budget control
* Enhance equipment reliability through the application of best maintenance practices and effective use of the CMMS system
* Oversee electrical and mechanical workloads including planned and reactive maintenance across all production lines

I would love to speak with anyone who has the following:
* Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Strong knowledge of EHS, PPM, TPM and CMMS systems
* Proven experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment
