A well-established manufacturing organisation in Warwick is expanding its chassis team and looking to recruit a Mechanical Fitter due to continued growth. This Mechanical Fitter position offers long-term stability, strong earning potential and ongoing development within a modern engineering environment.

What’s on Offer

  • Up to £19.00 per hour depending on experience
  • 4 day working week
  • Overtime paid at 150%
  • Permanent opportunity
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Accessible from Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Northampton and Worcester

Working Hours

  • Monday – Thursday
  • 7:00am – 4:30pm
  • 37 hours per week

The Mechanical Fitter will work within the chassis department, carrying out installation and assembly of mechanical components to engineering specifications. The Mechanical Fitter will support build activities in a structured production environment while maintaining high quality standards.

We are keen to speak with a Mechanical Fitter who has:

  • Experience with mechanical assembly and installation
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems – fitting pipework etc.
  • Experience working to takt time within a production line
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

This Mechanical Fitter role is ideal for someone looking to join a secure manufacturing business offering a four-day working week and excellent earning potential.
