A day based Site Services Supervisor role with a well invested food business, offering plenty of opportunities for training and career development.

Reporting to the Maintenance & Reliability Manager, you’ll be managing the day to day site services, facilities, and engineering operations across a high-volume food production site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and improving site services, facilities and engineering systems including utilities, building services, effluent management, and infrastructure.
  • Planning and delivering site services PPMs and reactive engineering maintenance.
  • Managing contractors, permits, and safe systems of work across all site services and engineering operations.
  • Ensuring statutory compliance, audits, and HSE standards are met.
  • Supporting engineering projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Apprentice trained with site services, facilities, and engineering experience gained in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of utilities, HVAC, building services, and site services systems.
  • Experience managing contractors and service providers.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach to site services maintenance and operational engineering support.
