I cover a wide range of roles, from production operatives through to senior engineering and management positions.

What do you enjoy most about working in recruitment?

I enjoy connecting people, whether that’s helping someone find their next opportunity or supporting a client in securing the right candidate for their team.

I treat each client and candidate as someone who needs support, and I aim to be as efficient, honest, and genuine as possible in every interaction.

How does your background help you in recruitment?

My background in car sales has helped me become more personable and better at understanding people’s needs – two skills that are invaluable in recruitment.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I enjoy watching Formula 1 (and not watching Man United), plus a variety of hobbies like snowboarding, gym, cars and motorbikes, and playing guitar (poorly). I also love travelling and spending time with friends and family.
