E3R are recruiting for a Service Co-Ordinator for a leading manufacturing and fabrication business based in West Yorkshire.

Our client is a privately-owned manufacturing company who work across the UK and are highly regarded for their projects and level of customer service which has led to an ongoing period of organic growth and repeat business. The directors are still very much involved on a day-to-day basis and are keen to develop their teams internally.

Service Co-Ordinator Role & Responsibilities:

  • Aiding in the efficient organization of service labour and resources to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Under the supervision of service supervisors, generating purchase order requisitions and overseeing the procurement of essential materials. Collaborating with the procurement team to track significant material purchases and shortages.
  • Assisting in the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules.
  • Assisting in coordinating, developing documentation, monitoring project logistics, and facilitating communication and updates between internal and external customers, including shipment information.

About You:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Certified management qualification (e.g. ILM, NEBSM), or be willing to undertake vocational qualification in team leader/management/ leadership skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
