One of the UK’s leading food manufacturers invites applications for this exclusive sales administrator role. It offers an excellent compensation package, which includes a sick pay scheme that increases over time, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) and a health care scheme. These benefits are in addition to the working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.

Located in North Yorkshire, the company was founded 10 years ago and has fast become one of the leading suppliers to the retail and foodservice industries. At the national level, they employ over thousands of individuals across their food production facilities, which are known for their high quality products.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Sales Administrator:

  • Information entry, collation, and amendment in SAP
  • Documentation for export creation
  • Utilising SAP and other systems as necessary to process orders
  • Coordinate communication of key information between all departments within the company and with customers
  • Problem-solving by identifying and raising issues with colleagues in the sales team
  • Record-keeping and filing of paperwork

  • Are Computer proficient – Competent with using Microsoft packages such as Excel
  • Have worked/currently works in one of the following roles; Sales administrator, Business administrator, System administrator, Personal assistant or Office administrator.
  • Have worked in one of the following relevant industries; Sales, Food, Drink, FMCG or Manufacturing.
  • Are wanting to progress and develop in their career.
