A highly innovative manufacturing company part of the larger organisation, Orbia, who currently have operations in 41 countries and commercial activities in over 110. Koura are currently working in partnership with E3 Recruitment in order to source the suitable Regional Sales Manager.

Joining the team as Regional Sales Manager means working with a market leader in the manufacture of chemical products, to retain, develop and drive product transactions with a targeted range of customers across the business. This targeted range will be within a designated territory in order to achieve volume, price and cash targets in line with business strategy and annual objectives. The company heavily promotes a progressive culture and therefore is searching for individuals that share their passion to grow and develop from both a personal and professional perspective within the capacity of Regional Sales Manager. Applicants can be located anywhere throughout the West of Europe including France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Austria, UK or Netherlands.

Responsibilities of the successful Regional Sales Manager:

  • The Regional Sales Manager will work remotely (as a key member of a wider commercial team) across associated European countries to optimise the selling of refrigerant and medical propellant products to maximise market share and margin, retaining existing business and hunting for new opportunities to cultivate and convert.
  • Concentrate on the delivery of the allocated commercial objectives, focused around innovative, market leading chemical products.
  • Ensure that newer, enhanced products are made available to existing and new clients maintaining Koura’s status as an innovative market leader.
  • Develop customer-centric strategies, leading negotiation conversions while maintaining/developing good working relationships with existing and new target customers.

This inclusive role includes elements business development and account management. As new products are developed the Regional Sales Manager will be expected to fully engage with internal stakeholders to support any transition plans to maintain business continuity and market growth.

Home based, ideally applicants for the Regional Sales Manager position will have a good understanding of the EU F-Gas Regulation and Koura’s trading strategy to maximise value against the CO2 quota. Candidates that have degree level certification within relevant business discipline would also be at an advantage (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, Biology etc.) however this is not essential.
