Are you looking to obtain a Recruitment Coordinator role in-house within a manufacturing business? This position has been created due to the vast amount of expansion that has been taking place within the business.

Working within a business that operates within the Food, Drink & FMCG industry, this is naturally a fast-paced environment, meaning you will be involved in a wide range of duties and be able to really develop your Human Resources and Recruitment skills. You’ll have the opportunity to join a fun-filled team who can offer plenty of support and help you develop into a strong Recruitment Coordinator.

About the role:

  • A key part of the role is focusing on Recruitment of permanent positions within the business from low level through to management positions.
  • As well as supporting the business with continued growth in staff levels, you will be able to utilise and develop your Human Resources skills by getting involved in everything from general admin to being involved in supporting with return to work cases, disciplinaries, learning & development activities and much more.
  • Due to the broad nature of this role, you may even have to provide support to the payroll function and liaising with Senior Stakeholders within the business.
  • You’ll be part of the induction team and carry these out on a regular basis.

What you need to apply:

  • You need to have experience within Recruitment for at least 2 years.
  • Used to working within a fast-paced role/environment and have had exposure to some form of the manufacturing industry, whether that’s Automotive, FMCG, Food, Drink or even General Manufacturing.
  • Due to the fast-paced nature you need to be flexible to the business demands and work well under pressure.
  • Personable individual that can support and work together within a close-knit team.
